"Deep at the center of my being there is an infinite well of love"

That quote, by Louise Hay, is part of her 'Love Yourself' affirmation. It's in my book called You Can Heal Your Life that I've had since 1987. I love that book for many reasons - one being that it has helped me many times. She says at the beginning of the book that it's written as if she were giving a person counseling or as if they were attending her workshop. Each time I read the book I imagine us sitting on the couch just talking, and that she's a friend who genuinely wants to help me improve my life.

Her words are kind, loving, and full of truth. Things she says have helped and improved me over the years, and I'm sure they'll help me still. I'm thankful that things come into my life when I need them. It happens without fail - I learn something and think it's exactly what I needed!

My favorite quote is "When the student is ready the teacher appears". How true is that?! When we're open to receive new information we receive it! I'm grateful for every person and thing that has taught me.
