There’s a famous statement about not assuming because it makes a jerk out of you and me. But I beg to differ because assumptions are a part of life. However, when assuming the question to ask is, “Will I be my lower self that criticizes and judges?” or “Will I be my higher self that loves and hopes?” Food for thought.
