I thank those who say uplifting things that encourage me. I set goals and sometimes the grind to reach them is daunting, but then I read or hear something that spurs me on to keep going and I’m invigorated! It’s like their words give me a second wind!

We all have the opportunity to lift up or drag down and we never know when someone’s at the end of their rope. Why not say something that inspires them to hang on instead of let go?
