I dare to show the world who I am.
I live in my truth and know that I’m only responsible for me.
It’s brave to be who I am…authentic…transparent.
I am unashamed. I have no regrets and enjoy an empty closet with no skeletons.
Haters are gonna hate, but I ignore them.
I know what I want and ignore the naysayers who hold me down to rise to the greatness within me.
I pump myself up by telling myself good things. I believe it’s possible. I tell myself I can do it. I try and keep trying until I achieve.
What’s the difference between those who get what they want and those who don’t? Persistence…those who get what they want never give up…they keep trying until they achieve. I’m one of them…believe it…do it…go get it.
It’s better being who I am rather than being fake for other people. I’m real.
I follow my heart knowing it will never steer me wrong.
“Why hang with the turkeys when you can soar with the eagles?”
It’s been said that the biggest influences in my life are the five people or things I am around the most. A really wise person asked two questions…
- “What are they doing to me?“
- “Is that okay?“
Here are two more questions I ask..
- “Do I like who I am when I’m around them?“
- “Are they adding to or taking away from my life?“
I am in charge of me. No matter what has happened…aside from what people might say…regardless of this or that…although I came from here or there…despite who my parents are blame gets me nowhere but keeps me exactly where I am. I are responsible for me…end.of.story.
It’s easy for others to judge my life and tell me what to do. “Do this or that” or “If it was me I’d do this” they might say but I am in control! (“Thanks for your ideas. I’m sure I’ll do what’s best for me.”) I take charge and change the subject when I don’t like it.
I trust myself. I’ve got this!
