“Haters are gonna hate” is true because hate is a mindset just like kindness, compassion and love. Just because haters are loud doesn’t mean there’s more of them than good people it just means that they’re loud. Ignore haters and do what feels right in the heart!
Many people don’t like the scriptures because they think Jesus is mean. But that’s not true. Jesus is compassionate, loving, kind, merciful, forgiving and encouraging to people but he calls out leaders that say one thing and do another.
Jesus says the condemning leaders (haters) are hypocrites for expecting people to follow the law when they, themselves, don’t. He condemns them for expecting people to follow commandments that they, themselves, don’t follow or understand. He stands up for people and shows who he is by what he does.
Wouldn’t I do the same as Jesus when it comes to haters?
Wouldn’t I stand up against things that are wrong?
Wouldn’t I stand up to people that are bad and say, “No”?
Wouldn’t I be compassionate, loving, kind, merciful, forgiving and encouraging to people because I’m good?
Peoples’s actions show how they are. I do not have a hater’s mindset, but am loving and kind.
