Today in my Ward’s Fast and Testimony Sacrament meeting two members talked about how in the last year people near and dear to them had stepped back from the church. They talked about how it was sad for them but because of the witness of Jesus Christ born to their hearts by the Holy Ghost and because of their experiences of God being in the details of their lives their testimony of Jesus Christ and the gospel and the church were unshaken; no one could convince them it wasn’t true when the Holy Ghost had testified to them that it was.

I love the testimony I have of Jesus. This scripture says it all:

• “And now, my sons, remember, remember that it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall.” (Helaman 5:12)

The Holy Ghost has testified truth to me many times. In this crazy world the most important thing I can do is have the Holy Ghost in my heart; I love knowing He will always guide me.
