All good thoughts come from the Lord and I’m enlightened to know them. But determining which thought to focus on, good or bad, is up to me. It’s not about combatting sadness and disappointment alone but linking arms with my Savior and facing my challenges with Him. (In faith, when I decide to think good things or courageously face bad situations in life with my Savior all things can be overcome.)
