I love that the Lord reveals “mysteries ” to me and enlightens my understanding as I seek to know truth and spiritually knock.

Many spiritual truths are taught at General Conference every six months and as I study and ponder them the Lord teaches me in a very personal way.

The scriptures also greatly teach me. I read passages, ponder them and perhaps copy them to my journal to study every line, and my mind expands with personal understanding that teaches and comforts me.

Nephi believed all the words of his prophet father, Lehi. As Nephi meditated on Lehi’s words and prayed about them he received a personal witness. I am like Nephi. I believe the words of prophets and as I pray about and study what they say my mind opens up to understand messages conveyed, and their teachings bring a personal witness to my heart. I love personal revelation.
