President Nelson said at the last General Conference (April 2021):

The Lord does not require perfect faith for us to have access to His perfect power. But He does ask us to believe.

I’m not sure anyone can have perfect faith in this life: Power to create worlds; Power to manipulate physical things but I am sure everyone can believe in the Lord’s power to act in perfect faith; knowing that He has the power to do whatever He wants.

President Nelson further said:

Faith in Jesus Christ is the greatest power available to us in this life. All things are possible to them that believe.

Believing has to do with the amount of faith I have in Jesus Christ. Even if my belief (faith) in Christ is as small as a mustard seed my belief in His ability to do good for me brings blessings into my life.

President Nelson’s words give me comfort:

Your growing faith in Him will move mountains—not the mountains of rock that beautify the earth but the mountains of misery in your lives.

I don’t have the power to move the “mountains” in my life but the Lord does and through my belief in Him my mountains are moved.
