My favorite part of the #HearHim page on my church’s website are the icons at the bottom of the page to social media posts of ways other people #HearHim. I love reading other people’s faithful words and seeing many of their faces.

One of the ways I #HearHim is when praying and reading the scriptures. He draws light into my life, leads me to peace and fills my consciousness with hope. At this time of uncertainty, when most things feel upside down and chaos abounds, I am very thankful for the Savior who makes me happy when turning to Him or when reading faith-filled words.

Another way I #HearHim is through obedience. Doing what’s right brings happiness to my heart. (I know He’s proud of me for my good choices and effort.) “Obedience is the first law of heaven” Elder Holland said and that fact saturates me with goodness.

There are many ways to #HearHim when the Lord is part of my life. He’s my foundation. I’ve received impressions from Him many times and am grateful. I love Him. He’s my everlasting God.
