A thought crossed my mind just now: The Last days – The.End.Of.The.World – take a minute and think about that. Two things: All the last days prophecies in the scriptures from the time of human beginnings to now are being realized! (Prophecies from thousands of years ago – said by Isaiah, Nephi, Old Testament Prophets, […]
“Overcoming the World” means having a spiritual focus instead of a temporal focus. When I turn to Heavenly Father and the Savior to help me I overcome the world. (The spiritual world has all solutions.) Jesus Christ said: These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world […]
What a beautiful journal entry: September 17, 2007 Heavenly Father forgave my sins today. I felt it in my heart. I know He heard my prayers. I know he accepted my repentance. He doesn’t judge. He says, “Thy sins are forgiven thee, go and sin no more.” And so it is. I go once again […]
Home church, what a special time for me! I felt such an outpouring of the spirit today during my little one person meeting and it did my heart so good. I know the Lord was happy that my faith caused me to actually have church by myself, and I know He led me in what […]
Elder Bednar spoke about hearts in his talk entitled “Let This House Be Built unto My Name.” I love his mention of how the Lord goes about his work regarding me (and all of us): The essence of the Lord’s work is changing, turning, and purifying hearts through gospel covenants and priesthood ordinances. Elder Bednar […]

A bit later I felt to have church, but since attending physical church isn’t an option today with the COVID-19 craziness […]
During this unprecedented time of lessened human interaction how grateful I am for technology because it allows me to stay connected with others without being in person! YouTube videos let me see what people are doing. Video conferencing apps (FaceTime, etc.) give me the ability to talk to others in different places. And many more […]
My journal entry today: Yesterday’s thought was, “No expectations. Let the world go.” Today’s thought is, “Even what you love. Let go of what you love trusting that with covenants, ordinances and promises you have them still.” My family is on my mind. My heart holds on to my family and it keeps me in […]
What does being perfect in Christ mean? Why did Moroni choose to say that as his final encouraging statement? I must find out for myself for it to have meaning to me. The real question is do I want to find out what being perfect in Christ means? Knowing means nothing if, in reality, I […]
