The Perfect Balance

Enjoying right now but preparing for the future is the perfect balance. Only thinking of right now and never preparing for the future is settling for mediocrity and never expecting more from life. Life is what I make of it, and although I enjoy today I always shoot for a better tomorrow.

The perfect balance is the ideal. It’s the the law of sowing and reaping. First I sow (work, grind, give my all), and then second I reap the rewards of my labors, and then I repeat. In the current year I sow and reap and also have plans for what I’ll sow and reap in the next year. Things happen when I have plans to make them happen. Looking ahead is good.
