Quiet, modest, unapologetic confidence instead of insecurity. Insecurity is a subtle trap (defeat) of unhappiness that tells me to be insecure so I’m not arrogant when, really, I’m confident in my abilities.

Example One: I’m complimented on my outfit but say I got it on sale instead of simply saying thanks.

Example Two: I show my talent but defeat my greatness with an excuse. (Let me just say, “I apologize in advance” when in my heart I know I’m good.)

I know who I am and am unapologetic. (The eyes don’t lie, nor does a radiant countenance.)
