I’ve absolutely loved watching YouTube clips of East Idaho News giving away gifts from Secret Santa. Some people are so blown away by the gifts they are given that they cover their mouths and humbly say, “Are you serious?…For me?” and sometimes they’re brought to tears.

Today I was in my bathroom doing my hair and thinking about Secret Santa and how everyone wishes they got a gift from Secret Santa when my thoughts turned to Jesus. I was thinking about his kindness when a thought crossed my mind that humbly brought me to tears. The thought was, “I want you to have it…it’s for YOU, Jade.” My mind’s eye saw Jesus talking to me and saying, “It’s so that every time you’re sad you can turn to me and I’ll comfort you, because I love you.”I was given a gift.
