Sometimes life gets so busy that I don’t have down time. It’s okay, life happens. But during my busy day I can always take a moment (or moments) to reflect, ponder, meditate and collect myself.

I might not have time to do something grand but I can always take a moment to think about things important to me. Pondering spiritual things shows the Lord that my spirituality means a lot to me. In my reflection comes an inner witness and sometimes reflecting is enough when it’s all I can do.
